Duel stats 0-0-0

Last night my duel stats reset to 0-0-0. Also, my week's ranking went down from 1440 to 1000. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It seems it might be related to the Diner de Muertos duelling special event.

Sorry to hear that! If you force close and re-opened, do you see the same information of 0-0-0 and ranking? If so, could you please write to Customer Care and then PM me?

Thanks for your reply. Force stop and reopening does not help unfortunately. I sent a message to Customer Care on Sunday evening, as soon as I found about the issue, but I have not heard back yet.
