Over 50 duels started in venues that I have not opened yet?

My husband only has a 3 restaurants opened. He started getting duels in Ultime , a venue he does not have opened. There were over 50 requests in the first 12 hours. It has not stopped and now he is losing 100 or more duel points a day since he can't play these duels. Customer care has not responded. I sent screen shots that he does own the restaurant, the 4 page duel list and a picture of trying to duel and it says the Ultime isn't owned.
