All progress lost

I've been playing obsessively but my progress was lost. Reset to zero. The button for customer service is missing too. What can I do?

    Hey there! That's odd that the Customer Care button is not available. Have you played a couple episodes and see if it pops up? If it still doesn't, please use this to contact our support: https://glumobile.helpshift.com/a/gordon-ramsay-dash/?p=web.

    I played several stages and yes- I contacted the customer service team.
    but now they just say that I can only restore my progress if I have connected my account with my Facebook account without providing any further details on what I can do.

    i login using my Facebook account again but nothing happened. What can I do?

    Some updates 
    after contacting the customer care, they helped me to restore my progress. Although it wasn't the most up-to-dated progress(it was like 2 or 3 days ago), I'm already satisfied. It's because everything was done in less than 30 hours - which was far faster than I expected. 

    Thanks very much for your help DashingMike. 
    And I'll again play the game obsessively haha!
