Disappearing gold

It's happened before when 3 golds disappeared and this morning 9 went missing. Sent a ticket but have not had a reply yet. Anyone experiencing the same thing?

    I haven’t experienced this, but I sent a ticket on a different matter and also haven’t heard anything. 😡 Would love to know if you get a response.

    I got a response yesterday and was asked to give them the EXACT time and date. Haven't heard from them since.
