Update stopped game working

in Gordon Ramsay Dash - Bugs and Issues
Hi I am on an iPad and recently updated Ramsay dash so it's now restaurant dash, it opened once then next time I have tried to open it, it shows me the restaurant dash page then Gordon sharpening his knife and stays there sharpening and not actually loading the game. Can anyone help this is my distress game after work and I miss it 😔 Thanks

    This same thing has been happening to me for the past 3 days. The game won’t load and it just shows Gordon Ramsey sharpening knives. The screen will stay that like for as long as I allow it to. I cannot contact customer care because I cannot open the app.
