Issue with account and support

I connected my accout with my facebook. When i downloaded Gordon Ramsay Dash on my Ipad and played with it, it was okay. When i decided to check the game pn my phone, every upgrade from the arenas were gone. I could not have gotten 200/200 stars in the first venue without upgrading it to the best. I lost all my upgrades in the arenas i was playing in. I decided to contact through the in app contact but no one replied to me so i came to glu Gordon Ramsay game page and tried to contact but when i filled in all the details needed and wated to submit, i clicked it and i could not submit it can anyone help me with this?
