What to use gold tickets on

Can anyone tell me what I can use my gold tickets on? I can see that they cost 60 gold to purchase so I would assume that they are worth something but I don’t know what. I’ve been on the chef duel packages page but there is nothing there I can purchase. Seems a little pointless to me.
