My Game got reset, is there a way to get it back?

Hi, i uninstalled and reinstalled my game (Restaurant Dash-Gordon Ramsay) and all my progress gone, and got reset , i read that if i re-connect to FB all my progress will come back but nothing happened. So frustrating, please help!

It usually works. I’ve done that twice and I always get my progress back. I think you need to play three episodes and then connect. Have you done that too? Good Luck
