Requirements to unlock Season 3 of Venue 2?

I've finished playing 2 seasons of the 2nd venue (can't remember what it's called) and still don't know how to unlock season 3. Can anybody help me? I need to upgrade my appliances for the Chef Duels in case that venue is chosen (it happened once)
