Bug in level 6

I just leveled up to 6. The game goes into the pre-prepped recipe tutorial and when it takes me to the screen where it says to 'tap to select a recipe' there is nothing to tap on to in the prep slots and I cannot back out of the screen to the main menu. What I have to do?
