Groceries not regenerating

My grocery counter is stuck at 2 minutes 0 seconds and I've had 1 grocery for over 30 minutes. Anyone else with stuck groceries?

    This happens to me often. I completely close the game, make sure that it is no longer running in the background and wait a few minutes. The counter then starts ticking again.
