Chef Arena won't award Wishelin Star

I bought all four items for the uniform, but it won't award the star.

    I have exactly the same issue....bought all items but it doenst award the star ....I think its a bug... :(

    It is a bug, but if you buy the shorts (they aren't part of the set), it seems to work.
