Make sure u report things in support

When you guys get screwed because of bugs, make sure you take a screen shot snd report it to customer care. They will mske it right by reimbursing gold, coins and/or tickets

    I've done this multiple times with zero reimbursement. They just copy paste their form letter in every single response I get saying gee thanks we'll let the developers know.

    I used to get confused responses back, that didn't really answer my questions. Now it's just the standard "we got your request" response and then never a specific answer. I'm glad you got reimbursed Mookey! I know you were having trouble for a while. Despite the lack of proper responses, I do think it helps to send requests and screen shots so they know what bugs to work on.
