Help, game is stuck?

My game has been stuck for weeks. When I try to enter it's just stuck on the map page and I can't do anything. Don't really want to uninstall and start again, as i'll lose everything and I've built up lots of gold and coins. Any suggestions?

    Send a ticket into Support via in-game cog or, if you're locked out of that too, post in the main support section of this forum.

    You could also link to Facebook which should save your game data, allowing you to delete/reinstall clean on your device...
