At what Season/Episode does a venue become included in duel rotation?

I'm having trouble with Dragon Bowl venue not working properly (as per my DB thread) and I don't want to complete so many episodes that it becomes available for duels until the issue is resolved (as it'd mean an automatic loss)...

    It seems to be season 3 episode 4, at least for DB, which brings venue into dueling rotation.
