Please help

I have been playing Gordon Ramsay Dash for quiet some time and most of time I play offlin., but ever since the last update I cannot collect my prep dishes once completed. Can someone please tell me why. I also noticed that I am unable to buy ingredients offline whereas before I could. Please advise if this has changed to an online feature. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
