hi, my ID is lil142 and have been diligently playing for the last few months. the game was freezing after the last update so I uninstalled, since I am logged in through facebook, I assumed I would get my progress back.
this did not happen.
I have lost my entire progress and gold.
I need help immediately or my entire progress will be lost forever.

Can you please send us a new message from the in-game system via Settings > Customer Care button? Along with a recap of your issue?
