Hello everyone.
I tried contacting folks via in app and Facebook but have not gotten any reply.
Yesterday I opened my fire tablet, loaded the game and all game score was completely gone. Mind you I have been playing diligently the last couple of months, finished several venues, most of the achivements and put in several hundred of dollars.
After I fumbled around a long time yesterday it suddenly loaded and my profile and all was back until the next time I had to charge my tablet. Now everything is gone again. I can't even get into the settings because all it allows me is to get into Big Bay Burger screen.
So even if I wanted to log out and back in with Facebook I can't.
Very frustrating and upsetting and I will most certainly stop playing the game if this is not solved. I put too much time, effort and money into this.
