I dueled someone who has no upgrade and still he/she manage to win againts me with almost all upgrade

    I avoid those no upgrades. For the most part they're a glitch. I noticed they show up most frequently after server lag when the duel takes a couple of minutes to start.

    It is as ladtimedramon says. It's a glitch to do with cross platforms. You should assume they have full upgrades if you plan on doing the duel

    True -- until we can get that rather wily and complicated issue locked down, best to assume 0% upgrades does NOT mean 0% upgrades in most Duel cases.
