Where to get epic tickets?

Hi there,
How else can we get Epic tickets apart from:
- purchasing with 60 gold
- completing Pizza Paisan trophies (Beat 60 episodes & 5 stars in 60 episodes)
- completing the 1000 chef duels trophy
- the chef duel weekly rewards?
Has anyone gotten one from chef duels? So far I have only gotten Common, Uncommon and very rarely, Rare tickets from duels.

I have never gotten an epic ticket during chef duels.
So far I have only been able to farm 3 epic tickets per week, from:
1.Defeating Gordon Ramsay in Chef Arena (2 Epic Tickets)
2.Getting at least Saucier rank (1400) each week (1 Epic Tickets)
If you can get Celebrity Chef rank (1600), and have all venues 150 stars and above, you can get 4 Epic Tickets, if you don't have all venues at 150 stars and above, you will get 2-4 Epic Tickets accordingly.
