Is it just me or are customers arriving slower since Rush Hour VIP?

They seem to arrive -significantly- slower in all venues! Anyone else notice this? They, of course, arrive way faster when using the boost but without it seem, to me, far slower than before the update...

    I know, I once lost a duel to a lower ranked player as I thought I could do fine without Rush Hour, lol..... not the case!

    Thank you. So I'm not the only one that thought this. I mentioned it somewhere else here, but the only response I got was saying how it's normal; just that the rush hour boost brings them in right away.

    I lost too to a lower rank thinking I'd be ok. It really has come to win or lose depending on rush hour boost. I hope they nerf it a bit
