Not receiving gold

I completed an offer to recieve 500 gold for depositing £10 into a betting app. I contacted Fyber and 3 weeks later the responded saying i didnt complete the offer and i wont be recieving anything, even though i provided attachements that showed that i had.

Has anyone else had any simular issues?

    Yes me. Contacted Fyber only to get automated replies saying I have used the app before and that I am not a 'new user', which was false.

    I am in contact with Glu over this at the moment.

    Thank you for your response, i have been chasing Fyber since 22 February. I was so angry at their response today basically saying i hadnt completed the offer! I spent my
    Own money and to be told i am a liar was very infuriating.

    Hopefully i get it resolved as i am not letting it go! I have contacted Glu so i am hoping they may help.
