Is Casa Cubana a limited time location?

In the trophies, there's a timer to open the new location, Casa Cubana. Is the timer to open it at all, or to win the prize?

Will it still be there if I wait longer to open it or will it simply be gone?

    I think the timer is to get people to finish the task quicker. If the timer runs out when you finish the task, you would not get the rewards, but the venue will still be there.
