Group Goals?

When clicking on a Chef Profile in the Duel game, there is a section called Group Goals (this week, All time).

At first I thought it was a work in progress and we would be told what to do when it becomes active, but I have noticed that some members have a score, so what is it? How do you play these Group Goals?

    It's part of the social hub that's released for certain regions, they're doing a global release in May for everyone else.

    It must be very select, my fiancee is using it on her iphone, but I can't on my Android :(
