Rank % on Duel page???

What is the Rank on the duel page? Usually a low percent, sometimes a number like 886.

Is it my ranking based on who is playing?:confused:

    it shows the ranking u have compared with all players based on your duel points. lately it shows as a number, before that it was a percentage.

    You get a number if you're ranked 1000 or less. Above that and it'll say 'top 2%' or similar
