Wishelin Inspector Timing

My Wishelin Inspector always shows up in the middle of the night. Its like he sees me fall asleep, then shows up to hang out for a few hours, leaving just as I wake up. How can I get him to come in daylight hours?

    I've noticed since the last update he now stays for 6 hours which is great because if he arrives in the middle of the night he can still be there in the morning. Although he's just arrived for me and says he's in Dubai but when I play the level he won't show up, annoying glitch.
