PLEASE add on/off toggle to autochefs

I wouldn't want to duel in a world without autochefs. Still, I think it'd be pretty fun to be able to turn them on and off during episodes (or even duels, for the really adventurous players) at will to provide extra challenges for us when replaying venues.

A check mark next to each autochef already exists in the game interface, iirc -- it'd "just" have to be coded to make possible the toggling on and off of autochefs by selecting/deselecting it.

It'd be disastrous if toggling off somehow erased our autochef purchases forever so please don't allow THAT to happen by mistake, lol!!
