Odd Recipes

Hey!

As a Brazilian I was thrilled with the arrival of a Brazilian restaurant at the game so I bought it right away!

And I was amazed with some recipes options that is in fact traditional in Brazil (the desserts are spot on) and trophies names with Brazilian expressions

But I noticed there is some combinations that are really really weird, for instance the idea of a pineapple olive salad sounds horrible and I would never try something like that.

Did you noticed something similar in the venues of your home country? I also noticed that creme brûlée is served as a started instead of a dessert in ultime, that's a bit odd too.

(Ps. No issues with any of this, it's just a cultural curiosity :) )

I am Aussie and other than damper (bread), nothing. Kangaroo is not a very common meat, though I have had it. You certainly can't get it very easily, say at a restaurant. I think the decor is quite authentic in terms of being very "outback".
