customer care is not helping

I went to customer care on Sept 4 and ticket was never closed. Now my game has lost all progress except for a couple of strange things 1- it says I'm still signed into Facebook and 2- I had a group goal started that was still active but then ended 3- I have a new gold package sent that I already received and used on my scheduled subscribed time. I attempted to talk with Keerthi through the never closed customer care thread from Sept 4 - Sept 5 but I am getting no response. PLEASE HELP!

    Hey there! If the ticket hasn't been closed, that means the support agent hasn't resolved the ticket yet. Please continue to work with the agent as they try to help resolve the issue.
