I went to customer care on Sept 4 and ticket was never closed. Now my game has lost all progress except for a couple of strange things 1- it says I'm still signed into Facebook and 2- I had a group goal started that was still active but then ended 3- I have a new gold package sent that I already received and used on my scheduled subscribed time. I attempted to talk with Keerthi through the never closed customer care thread from Sept 4 - Sept 5 but I am getting no response. PLEASE HELP!
