Rice and pork Cassa cubana question

Hi...has anyone found that they can't add rice after grilling the pork...I held down icon and was showed the steps...even upgraded rice maker. When I go over to touch rice I get the green check mark but nothing happens. Anyone else have this? Thanks

    I’m having trouble making pork and rice as well.  This one isn’t working.  I’m not going to play casa Cubana any more
