What is the next cheapest/ restaurant to buy?

After first 8? BB, PP, LL, DChips, PT, kiwi, GY and RO??? Seems so hard to upgrade and very hard to finish each season 6, never have enough gold! Very determined player but will not buy gold. Any suggestions? Really love the game but extremely annoying!!!
