Recipe Prep Speed up

in Gordon Ramsay Dash - Bugs and Issues
Hi, only for about 1 week now i have not been able to watch the videos to speed up my prep, really sux right now as i accidently clicked on an auto chef to prep. The video looks like its loading but never plays, after that clicking on it to watch does nothing until i restart the game
