I played several stages and yes- I contacted the customer service team. but now they just say that I can only restore my progress if I have connected my account with my Facebook account without providing any further details on what I can do.

Some updates after contacting the customer care, they helped me to restore my progress. Although it wasn't the most up-to-dated progress(it was like 2 or 3 days ago), I'm already satisfied. It's because everything was done in less than 30 hours - which was far faster than I expected.
