Duel List not loading

My Duel List hasn't been loading for 3 weeks now.
I can go into Duels to do other things such as checking on my rivals or go into the shops to use my ticket but when I attempt to load my Duel List, the section will just keep "loading" but eventually loads nothing.
It's frustrating because I can't respond to battles and I'm losing my points.
I have also tried to reinstall the game but that doesn't solve the problem.
Does anyone knows whats going on or has a suggestion to this?
