  Hammer on Chef Arena until you can beat Gordon for 2 per week -- other than that it's just luck with the mystery boxes, I guess.

  Collect grey tickets from duels or from group goals and exchange once a week for premium box tickets in chef duel shop.It is a bit of lottery,you can also get pink tickets.I was rewarded by one gold ticket a few times.
  Also if you are keen on duels try to complete group goal "use 12 boosts in chef duels".It is a chance to get gold ticket out of reward box as well.

  Try to get to level "saucier" or higher in chef duels you will get one gold ticket once a week.
