I contacted customer care 4 days ago..

About not all of my progress transferring after I switched devices (Android to Android) and logged in with Facebook.
I sent them a detailed list of what I'm missing but I haven't heard anything back yet, aside from the "we have received your message" auto response.
I get that it's not a live chat and I'm trying to be patient, but 4 days is a long time for a simple request.
I'm a daily (obsessive) player, and I've been stuck because I refuse to spend double gold to repurchase the upgrades that I'm missing.
Can anyone speed this up for me so I can get back to playing?

    Hey there Chefwreck. It does take about 3-5 business days before Customer Care is able to respond. Please PM me and let's see if we can figure out where your ticket has gone.
