Apart from opening venues and buying ingredients what can coins be used for?

I have accumulated 2.5 mil now and really don't know what else to do with it.

    I have close to the same, the problem is that most things cost a combination of coins and gold or tickets.. I always have tons of coins, but low on gold and tickets so even with over 2million coins there are lots of things I can't buy.
    Are there any coins only avatar items you don't have yet?

    Huh, I'm always out of coins! On Cooking Dash I'm always out of gold...

    I always get any items that only uses coins but I seem to be making coins faster than I can use them. It would be great if we could convert coins to gold :D
