How to track when upgrade items will go on sale next?

Hey recently I've seen that some restaurants have upgrade items that go on sale. But the game doesn't advertise this. Is there a way to find out?

    Glu! Please let us know when a restaurant has discounts on upgrades. You guys can make posts on social media do advertise us. It’s really annoying to enter in all the restaurants to check this out.
