Notifications??

Hi. So all of a sudden I started not receiving any notifications from Ramsay Dash. My notification setting is on, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app I have even factory reset my phone. I get all the notifications from all my other apps but not Ramsay. I have missed the Inspector twice, all duals, and even recipes being done because of this. What is the world is going on???? Help me please.
