Unable to accept personalised ads

Since the update I haven’t been able to watch ads to get free gold and whatnot. Anyone else having this issue?

    Same here. Ads not working. Can’t get my 8 gold bars per day anymore :(

    Yes! I have contacted customer support about 10 times but they say maybe there’s no ads to watch and I’ve said no it wont let me accept the personalised ads but I’m getting no where. I’ve been playing this for years but without being able to top up the gold it will take too long to get anywhere!
