They don't care. This has been going on since at least October and the developers don't even respond to users asking about the issue. Why don't you just tell us that you aren't going to support Kindle users any more and be done with it?

Buzz32 it's been choose to 2 months and no fix for this issue so don't hold your breath. I haven't spent a penny on this game since the error because the Chef Fuel Arena is the best part of the game and because I can't complete daily goals.

It's frustrating how little the developers seem to care about the players, particularly those whom have already sunk money in this game.

Sounds like this might be a issue exclusive to Kindle Fire? On mine, it is now at least attempting to connect whereas before I would just instantly get the no connection message when I tried to enter a duel.

Same problem with duels. Sucks since my favorite venue is Chef Arena. Can someone let us know that you are working on this issue? I have stopped purchasing gold since I'm not enjoying the game without Chef Arena as part of it and I can rarely complete my daily goals since duels are often included in them.
