  • I have the same problem and like you have an excellent internet connection. I keep reporting the problem and all I get back is a message telling me to check my connection. Very frustrating as just happened again when I was in the middle of a duel so lost out.
  • I'm having the same problem. Yesterday there were problems with group goals, which I reported but haven't had a response (although seemed to right itself). It seems like the game is being wound down with nothing new e.g. when was the last time we had a restaurant added?
  • Me too - really annoying. I've messaged a complaint but not had a reply.
  • I've also started to have network errors and even when I get onto the duels page, I am getting an error when I try to start a duel. Doubly frustrating as there are free duels and I'm trying to get to the next level before the time runs out today.
  • I've downloaded the latest updates today, but this problem is still not fixed. Very frustrating!
  • I'm finding the same - no counts in either trophy. This seems to happen a lot when a new venue opens, the trophies for serving specific recipes don't work for weeks. They really should improve their testing before they release a new venue.
  • I agree, this really needs sorting out! I've set a "frenzy flare" challenge and it is just not registering. Even when I click on "GO" and it appears to register a frenzy flare in the game, when I go back to the challenges page, it says 0 / 4. What is the point of wasting time and hearts setting up challenges that can never…
