  • Blood & Glory is a legacy game, and not supported anymore. You can try creating a ticket for Customer Care, but there's no guarantee that the tools will work for retrieval. I know that a while back we were unable to recover accounts, and there are no folks from the original development team who could help, I'm sorry to say.
