It’s a new bug. I’ve been unable to use it since the update. I’m going to ask customer service. If enough people stay on them, it seems things do get fixed....eventually....🤨😏

Well, my Group Goals problem is resolved today but stil can’t do Duels....anyone else able to duel?

I also have this problem, plus my store for selling my excess supplies comes up with same message...so I can’t get rid of anything by selling it. I reported it - haven’t heard back yet. Good news is that Group Goals are working.

@leebra and @dizzblnd, I might have stumbled across a “work around” with regard to the Group Goals that won’t record a successful finish and won’t allow you to start a new Goal. Here’s what I’ve been doing: as soon as I complete a Group Goal, I log out of the game completely...I don’t even pick up my reward for finishing…

@Leebra, I LOVE this idea! When the Group Goals are working properly, I try to complete as many as I can for the folks on my friends list. @SupremeFettucine - thanks for the tips! I’ll try those exact steps next time I encounter the “Goals not registering” problem! And yes, I agree with you...I take the “ghost Goals” problem as a sign I should quit for awhile! 😆

UPDATE: Customer Care apparently fixed the discrepancy - the limited time avatar is now available if you 5 star 40 episodes of BBB, rather than 60. My Trophy section was updated, and I did earn the item (shoes), since I had earned 40 5 stars. 👍

@gingerjae, okay, so it’s not just me! I was wondering if I was the only one who had only 40 episodes of Big Bay Burgers! Yeah, kind of hard to 5 star 60 episodes when you only have 40 to play! 🤣🙄 Did you contact Customer Care about this? I did....waiting to hear....

Update: Happy to report that I sent my issue to Customer Service, and they did respond quickly. Whatever they might have done, the issue is resolved and the game is running smoothly again for me. 👍

Anyone else experiencing this new (to me) problem with Group Goals: I will play and successfully finish one Group Goal. Here’s how I’ve always found mine: On your home screen, you should see an exclamation point next to your Outfits tab, lower left hand corner of screen. Click your Outfits, and on the next screen, you should see a second exclamation point signaling in which of the outfits tabs/categories the new avatar item has been placed…

Had that issue yesterday, but now seems to be corrected. Also, my on-going issues with being unable to play Group Goals due to the “network connection” seem to be solved. Yay! 👍

Updated: Customer Service did contact me, after I sent them a ticket for the problem, and they said they were aware of the problem and working on it. Interestingly, afterI received that message from them, I’ve been able to play Group Goals again. It’s a miracle. LOL. So, maybe the moral of the story is, just keep making…

Well, at least I know it’s not just me! Really annoying, since I particularly enjoy the Group Goals. Right now, I can see a couple I’d like to complete....and all I get is that %/&#$ Check Connection message. I messaged Customer Care and I made sure to tell them I’ve followed all the protocols.
