The primary reason for these forums is for players to connect with other players and to have an organized place to assist one another and make suggestions.
The moderators and admins who you see occasionally are not on 24 hours a day, and will sometimes pop in only briefly to remove spam or make a quick announcement. If we have an answer to your question, we will offer it; we will also periodically be able to report your issue to the teams. Many of us only play or work on one or two of the games, and some are just community volunteers, therefore, technical support is often beyond the scope of our expertise.
We cannot respond to every post, but we do read them all and relay them as necessary.
