I lost everthing , I have to start over the game from wave 1, can anyone one help, a lot of gold coin I paid for is gone.can anyone

    Sorry for your troubles mate. Please post which game you are referring to and what happened (upgrade or reinstall game, upgrade of OS) so that the moderators looking at the post can make some sort of determination or at least steer you in the right direction.

    Same thing happened to me yesterday...I was level 60 with abut 50+ hours into this game and now Im back to the beginnning walk through.

    We reviewed this claim. The user in question submitted a ticket on 5/12 at 6:41 PM and Glu Customer Care responded on 5/14 at 9:10 AM. There are no 2 week wait, it's less than 2 days.

    I played a lot and something happened. My battery was empty and my macbook closed and when I start the game I lost everything. i was wave 35 and now im 21 but all cards an upgrades are lost and i can play anymore. how i reset the game?
