When I tried opening the Amazon update it wouldn't open. I'm using a kindle fire HD. Any idea why it won't work?

What is the highest item I can buy in this game, so that I will spend my Glu Credit wisely and totally upgrade it.
For example there were level2 items in the store yesterday, and now there are level three items, why they are not putting all the items at once so we can select the best item for our heroes.

Right now I'm able to purchase ilvl 4 weapons & armor. My party level is 190. The lvl 4 weapons have additional venom abilities my lvl 3 weapons have additional fire abilities. Havnt seen the frost ones yet.
