Contract killer2: My game crash but when I reinstall it I lost all my weapons nd item

When I got on lvl 12 on contract killer2.. my galaxy s3 wouldn't allow me to complete mission without the game freezing. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall contract killer2 but after I did the reinstallation I lost all my items I purchased from buying gold coins. I just wanted to know if I can get my coin or purchase refunded because it haven't been 30 days since I made the purchases. Thank you
