LOADING Blocked

Hi. I have an iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3 . I have installed Samurai vs Zombie Defense 2 from the AppStore and from iTunes, but it's the same result: i cannot play SvZ d2 because when i open the app, it remains blocked in the first screen "loading". It's a wondeful game...please help me'
