lost game progress and inventory in eternity warriors 2

I had reset my phone today. Lost the entire game progress and inventory in eternity warriors 2. Tried restoring from cloud service but it restored a very old back up. I used to save my game very regularly. Kindly help. Login username was [email protected]. I request the game devs to kindly tell me how to restore it.
